Abstract:
A plasma purification device (100) for purifying cooking fumes, and a method for purifying cooking fumes, relating to the technical field of air pollution control. The plasma purification device (100) sequentially comprises, in a fume flow direction, a fume inlet (10), a rotary discharge module (30) configured to negatively charge fume particulate matters having a particle size of 2-50 micrometers in cooking fumes, an electrostatic adsorption module (50) configured to capture the negatively charged fume particulate matters, a back corona catalysis module (60) configured to treat VOCs in the cooking fumes, and a fume outlet (70). The rotary discharge module (30) comprises a central rod (32) arranged parallel to the fume flow direction and a plurality of barbed corona electrodes (34) arranged around the central rod (32). The center rod (32) can rotate and drive the barbed corona electrodes (34) to rotate, and after the barbed corona electrodes (34) are electrified, the fume particulate matters in the cooking fumes are negatively charged.
