Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a virtual machine cloning method and apparatus, and a storage medium, which are used for reducing the complexity of virtual machine cloning and improving the cloning efficiency and operability. The virtual machine cloning method disclosed in the present application comprises: a calculation module receiving a cloning request of a user, wherein the cloning request comprises cloning-related parameters; the calculation module checking the legitimacy of the cloning-related parameters, and sending a cloning request feedback message to the user; if the legitimacy check is not passed, cloning failing; and if the legitimacy check is passed, performing the following operations: the calculation module performing scheduling processing; the calculation module sending a network cloning request to a network module; the calculation module sending a volume cloning request to a storage module; and the calculation module feeding back cloning state information to the user. Further provided in the present application are a virtual machine cloning apparatus and a storage medium.
