Abstract:

Provided is a plated steel material comprising a steel base material and an Al-Zn-Mg plating layer formed on the surface of the steel base material, wherein the plating layer has a prescribed chemical composition, and the surface structure of the plating layer includes an acicular Al-Zn-Si-Ca phase at an area ratio of 2.0% or greater.
