Abstract:
Provided is a pneumatic pump, wherein a diaphragm member carrier (1), a diaphragm member (2), a valve film member base body (3), a valve film member (4) and an end cover (5) thereof are sequentially arranged; an over-pressure protection valve (7) is arranged inside the end cover (5), and comprises a spring (71) and a sealing gasket (72); an air outlet channel (100), an airflow channel (200) and a backflow channel (300) are formed between a pump chamber, the valve film member base body (3), the valve film member (4) and the end cover (5); the air outlet channel (100) is not in communication with the over-pressure protection valve (7) and a spring cavity (51); and the sealing gasket (72) usually seals the airflow channel (200). When the pressure exceeds a limit value, the sealing gasket (72) compresses the spring (71), the airflow channel (200) is opened, the air flows back via the airflow channel (200) and the backflow channel (300), an air inlet cavity is in communication with the spring cavity, the over-pressure protection valve (7) releases the pressure for backflow, and the opening noise is reduced; moreover, the pressure released air returns to an air inlet cavity, thereby improving the working efficiency of the pneumatic pump.
