Abstract:
The tread pattern of this pneumatic tire is provided with: an inner circumferential main groove and an outer circumferential main groove, which have groove walls extending in the circumferential direction of the tire while the angle of the groove walls relative to the tread surface is varied with a predetermined amplitude; an inner lug groove extending from the inner circumferential main groove toward the outer circumferential main groove; an outer lug groove extending from the outer circumferential main groove toward the inner circumferential main groove; and a sipe which provides communication between the inner lug groove and the outer lug groove. A pair of chamfered surfaces are provided on walls of the sipe so as to extend in the direction in which the sipe on the tread surface extends.
