Provided is a polar-group-containing olefin copolymer characterized by comprising: a structural unit (A) which is derived from at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of ethylene and olefins having 3 to 20 carbon atoms; and at least one structural unit (B) which is selected from the group consisting of structural units represented by general formula (I) and structural units represented by general formula (II). (Each symbol in general formula (I) and general formula (II) is as described in the specification.)
