Abstract:
Provided is a polarizing plate that exhibits excellent durability regardless of being extremely thin, and that has excellent adhesion between a polarizer and a protective layer. This polarizing plate comprises a polarizer, and a protective layer disposed on one side of the polarizer with an easy-adhesion layer interposed therebetween. The protective layer is formed from the solidified product of a coating film from an organic solvent solution of a thermoplastic acrylic resin having a glass transition temperature of at least 95°C. The easy-adhesion layer contains at least one selected from polyester resin and polyurethane resin.
