Abstract:
Provided are: a powder dispersion having excellent defoaming properties and film-forming properties; a production method for the powder dispersion; and a production method for a resin-including substrate comprising a polymer layer having high surface flatness. The powder dispersion according to the present invention contains a tetrafluoroethylene polymer powder, a first liquid compound having a boiling point of 80-260°C, and a second liquid compound that is different from the first liquid compound, and that has a boiling point of 140-260°C and an evaporation rate of 0.01-0.3 when the evaporation rate of butyl acetate is defined as 1. In addition, in this production method for the powder dispersion according to the present invention, the powder, and the liquid composition including the first and second compounds, are mixed together.
