Abstract:
A method for preparing a polyamide composite membrane by means of steam-assisted electrostatic spraying, which method comprises the following steps: S1, adjusting the relative humidity of the ambient environment of an electrostatic spraying apparatus to 80%-90%; S2, taking an amine monomer solution and an acyl chloride monomer solution as raw materials, and respectively placing the two raw materials into a spraying system of the electrostatic spraying apparatus; S3, wrapping a receiving roller of the electrostatic spraying apparatus with a polymer ultrafiltration membrane, setting electrostatic spraying process parameters, and performing electrostatic spraying; and S4, removing the electrostatically sprayed composite polymer membrane, and placing same in an environment of 50-80℃ for a heat treatment for 5-20 minutes to prepare a finished polyamide composite membrane.
