Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of anticorrosion coatings, and in particular to a polyaspartic polyurea coating and a preparation method therefor. The polyaspartic polyurea coating comprises: a polyaspartic ester: 36%-60%; ketimine: 4%-8%; a dispersing agent: 0.5%-1.0%; an organic tin catalyst: 0.1%-0.2%; titanium dioxide: 0%-48%; a thixotropic agent: 0.2%-1.0%; a leveling agent: 0.05%-0.3%; a defoaming agent: 0.1%-1.0%; an anti-aging agent: 0%-3.0%; a coupling agent: 0%-5%; a diluent: 0%-10%; and a component B which is an isocyanate curing agent. The coating prepared in the present application has the effects of high drying rate and a long pot life.
