Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of concrete admixture preparation, and specifically relates to a polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises (1) preparing hydroxyethyl-terminated vinyl polyoxypropylene polyoxyethylene ether; and (2) preparing a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, a double-end vinyl ether small monomer containing alkoxy, and containing double bonds at two ends; and optionally, the vinyl ether monomer being ethylene glycol divinyl ether and/or diethylene glycol divinyl ether. The content of an ultra-high molecular weight copolymer in the polycarboxylate superplasticizer prepared by the method is reduced, the relative molecular weight distribution is normal distribution, the molecular weight distribution is narrow, and almost no strong-polarity ultra-high molecular weight by-product exists; and meanwhile, a reaction rate is controllable in a polymerization reaction process, and heat release is mild and stable, such that a local implosion phenomenon caused by high temperature in the polymerization reaction process is avoided, and a monomer conversion rate can be increased to 95% or above.
