Abstract:
A preparation method for polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) microspheres with a narrow particle size distribution. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1) dissolving PHA in an organic solvent as an oil phase, taking a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution as a water phase, and enabling the oil phase to enter the water phase through a microporous membrane to obtain a microemulsion; and S2) removing the organic solvent from the microemulsion to obtain PHA microspheres.
