Abstract:
A polymer composite material and a preparation method therefor. The polymer composite material comprises a polymer base layer and a metal thin film layer arranged on the surface of the polymer base layer, wherein the material forming the metal thin film layer is an amorphous alloy. The surface of the polymer base layer is provided with a layer of metal film having an amorphous structure, and in this way, by providing the metal thin film having an amorphous structure, not only can the mechanical properties, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the polymer substrate material be improved, but the toughness of the polymer substrate material can likewise be greatly improved, thereby successfully achieving the simultaneous improvement of the strength and toughness of the polymer material.
