Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a resin composition that has an extended pot life while also maintaining properties such as adhesive strength, and a polymer having a phosphate group or a phosphate ester group which can be used as a deprotection agent in the resin composition. The present invention provides a polymer that contains at least 90 mass% monomer units derived from a monomer expressed by formula (1) per 100 mass% of the polymer, and has a number average molecular weight of at least 10,000. In formula (1), R1 represents hydrogen or an alkyl group, each R2 independently represents hydrogen or an optionally heteroatom-substituted alkyl group, each R3 independently represents hydrogen or an organic group, and n is an integer of 1-6.
