Abstract:
[Problem] The present invention provides an adhesive composition which achieves good adhesion between a polyolefin resin base material and a metal base material, while exhibiting electrolyte solution resistance and excellent heat resistance. The present invention also provides: a multilayer body which comprises an adhesive layer that is formed of the above-described adhesive composition; a packaging material which is required to have heat resistance and electrolyte solution resistance, and uses the above-described multilayer body; and a packaging material for lithium ion batteries, said packaging material comprising the above-described multilayer body as a constituent member. [Solution] An adhesive composition which contains (A) an acid-modified polyolefin, (B) an isocyanate curing agent and (C) an acid anhydride-containing compound, wherein from 0.1 part by mass to 20 parts by mass of the acid anhydride monomer (C) is contained relative to 100 parts by mass of the acid-modified polyolefin (A).
