Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a polypeptide specifically binding to tribbles homologue 3 (TRB3) and an application thereof in preparing a drug for tumor treatment and prevention. An amino acid sequence of the polypeptide is shown in sequence table SEQ ID No.8 as substituting two or more amino acids in the amino acid sequence with unnatural amino acids linking other side chains. The polypeptide can specifically bind to TRB3 so as to block the interaction between TRB3 and P62 proteins, and thus is applied in the preparation of a drug for tumor treatment and prevention. The prepared drug has significant curative effect in treating tumor diseases, fewer side effects and is safe to use.
