Abstract:
A polytetrafluoroethylene plate trimming device. A material feeding plate (3) is fixedly connected to a support frame (1); a plurality of rolling shafts (2) are arranged above the support frame (1) side by side; each clamping member (4) is located on two sides of the material feeding plate (3); a power source is arranged on a placement frame (6); cutting mechanisms are arranged on two sides of the placement frame (6); a plate needing to be trimmed is fixed by means of the clamping members (4) and is then placed on the material feeding plate (3); a first clamping plate (13) is placed below the plate; a second clamping plate (14) is slid; a bolt on the second clamping plate (14) is screwed down; the plate is then fixed by means of a traction member (5); a first electric motor (8) is started; a rotary disk (10) is driven by a rotary shaft (9) to rotate, such that a traction rope (11) drives the plate to move on the rolling shafts (2) by means of the traction member (5); and a second electric motor (17) is started to drive a cutting knife (20) by means of the rotating shaft (18) to cut the corners of the plate.
