Abstract:
A polyurethane reaction kettle temperature control system, comprising a temperature sensor, an upper computer, and a programmable controller which are disposed on a reaction kettle, as well as a heating component and a cooling component which are connected in parallel. The temperature sensor, the programmable controller, the heating component, and the cooling component are separately connected to the upper computer. According to the polyurethane reaction kettle temperature control system, the cooling component and the heating component are disposed and electrically connected to the temperature sensor, separately, the temperature sensor feeds back the temperature in the reaction kettle in real time, and the cooling component or the heating component is controlled to work according to requirements, so that the temperature of the reaction kettle is always maintained at a required temperature, and the product quality and the production efficiency are ensured; moreover, the operation is simple, the use effect is good, and it is easy for popularization and use.
