Abstract:
A porous nozzle for mining. The surface of a metal housing of the nozzle is coated with a protective paint. The protective paint is prepared by the following steps: 1) sequentially adding 1-2 parts by weight of iron oxide, 2.2 parts by weight of butyl acetate, 1.2 parts by weight of methanol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, 2.6 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol, and 7 parts by weight of medium-oil alkyd resin to 24 parts by weight of deionized water in order, and uniformly stirring the mixture; and 2) then sequentially adding 11 parts by weight of E-12 epoxy resin, 1.8 parts by weight of polybutylene telephthalate, 1.2 parts by weight of sodium alpha-olefin sulfonate, 2.5 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride, and 1.8 parts by weight of sorbitan monooleate, continuing stirring till the materials are fully and uniformly mixed so as to obtain a protective paint.
