Abstract:
An ultrasonic atomizing nozzle for mining. The surface of a metal housing of the nozzle is coated with a protective paint. The protective paint is prepared by the following steps: 1) sequentially adding 1-2 parts by weight of ethylene glycol butyl ether, 1.5 parts by weight of potassium polymethacrylate, 1.9 parts by weight of oleoyl methylamine sodium ethanesulfonate, 2.2 parts by weight of gamma-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, and 8 parts by weight of phenolic resin into 24 parts by weight of deionized water, and stirring the mixture uniformly; and (2) then sequentially adding 14 parts by weight of polyvinyl acetate emulsion, 2.1 parts by weight of polycaprolactone, 1.2 parts by weight of alkyl naphthalene sulphonate, 0.5 weight part of ethylene diamine tetracetate, and 2.1 parts by weight of polyacrylate, and continuing stirring till the materials are fully and uniformly mixed so as to obtain a protective paint.
