The porous titanium dioxide single crystal thin film and bulk have a good compactness and firm binding. The preparation method for the crystal material has a simple operation, good repeatability, a low cost and can be used in large-scale production. As one of the most important semiconductors, titanium dioxide has been widely applied to the field of photocatalysis, solar cells, and sensors, etc.
