Abstract:
The present invention relates to a portable fire detector and, more specifically, provides a fire detector comprising a housing in which a fire detecting means for detecting a fire through smoke, gas, etc., an alerting means, a communicating means for wirelessly communicating with a mobile device, and a lighting means are integrated. The fire detector: has a compact size, including a plug formed integratedly therewith, and thus can be easily carried by a user and can be easily installed in a wall outlet in a place where a fire may occur, so as to detect a fire and be used for an additional function, such as a lantern, a nightlight, or a camera; allows a user to remotely control, inspect, and check the fire detector by means of a mobile device, and thus has greater efficiency and convenience in use; immediately sends an emergency rescue call to a nearby police station or fire station in an emergency situation, such as a fire, and thus enables people to rapidly and simply cope with an accident; and has a battery charging function, and thus can keep on operating, even in a power failure situation due to a fire, etc.
