Abstract:
This portable ground electrode comprises: a container part which is container shaped and retains a fluid; and a ground net that is formed using a conductor and that is provided on a surface, in the container part, that can be disposed along the surface of the ground. The portable ground electrode comprises a supply path that, with the ground net contacting the surface of the ground, supplies the fluid accommodated in the container part to the ground net.
