Abstract:
A portable ultrafast real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument, comprising: a PCR reaction chip (1); a chip mounting module (2) used for mounting the PCR reaction chip (1); a temperature control floating module (3) comprising a temperature control device (301), an end of which is provided with a heating and refrigeration sheet (302) and a temperature sensor (303), wherein the heating and refrigeration sheet (302) is provided with a heating and refrigeration carrier plate (304), two sides of the heating and refrigeration carrier plate (304) are provided with thermal-insulation pressure plates (305), and the thermal-insulation pressure plates (305) are pressed against the chip mounting module (2), so that the PCR reaction chip (1) is placed at the heating and refrigeration carrier plate (304); and an optical module (4) comprising a switching device (401) and an in-place sensor (402). This PCR instrument is convenient to carry and transfer; and a single chip is used, so that the operation is simple, the sealing is reliable, a detection result can be quickly and stably obtained and the detection result is reliable, the PCR instrument can be applied to a variety of different detection objects, and has wider applicability.
