Abstract:
A single-part rapid PCR chip, comprising: a chip base body (1). A reaction recess (2) is formed in the chip base body (1); a bottom film (3) is attached to the surface where the reaction recess (2) is located, and a reaction channel is formed by the bottom film and the reaction recess (2); a cylindrical sample loading hole (4) is formed in the chip base body (1); an opening in the bottom of the cylindrical sample loading hole (4) is communicated with one end of the reaction channel to form a sample loading channel (L1); an opening at an upper end of the hole wall of the cylindrical sample loading hole (4) extends by means of the hole wall and is communicated with the other end of the reaction channel to form an air outlet channel (L2); the cylindrical sample loading hole (4) is sealed by means of a sample loading hole cover (5); a press head (6) is provided at the position where the sample loading hole cover (5) corresponds to the cylindrical sample loading hole (4); and as the sample loading hole cover (5) is closed, the press head (6) presses a sample into the reaction channel. The single-part rapid PCR chip is designed in a flat channel structure, such that the sample can be rapidly heated and cooled, the temperature uniformity is better, and the accuracy is higher; by using a press type sample loading mode, excessive gas can be discharged, the sealing is reliable, and the risk of cross contamination is avoided.
