A portable umbrella (100) having a bladeless fan, which comprises an umbrella canopy, an umbrella runner, an umbrella rod (2), and a handle (1); the handle (1) is connected to the umbrella rod (2); the handle (1) comprises an air outlet housing (11), a fan assembly (5), and a connection piece (6); and the air outlet housing (11) is provided with an air inlet portion (121) and an air outlet portion (131) which are in communication.
