Abstract:
The present invention can be used to correct a user's posture while helping the user direct attention to the torso without worrying about arm displacement when the user is exercising, such as while walking or running, or when the user is sitting in a chair or the like, for example. Provided is a posture-correcting tool 100 that is used by being inserting the between the user's back and the user's arms while the user pulls their elbows back, and includes a back-contacting part 2 that touches the user's back and immobilizing parts 3 which are provided on either side of the back-contacting part 2 and which keep the user's arms from flaring outward.
