A pot and a cooking device. The pot comprises: an outer pot (102); and an inner pot assembly (104), provided inside the outer pot (102), the bottom wall of the outer pot (102) at least partially abutting against the bottom wall of the inner pot assembly (104). The inner pot assembly (104) is directly supported by the outer pot (102), the outer pot (102) directly bears the weights of the inner pot assembly (104) and the food in the inner pot assembly, and there is no need to use an additional pressure-bearing structure, being able to effectively simplify the overall structure of the pot and reduce the costs of the pot.
