Abstract:
A pouch-type battery case according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a cup part having a recessed shape; and a gas pocket part, which is positioned on one side of the cup part and has a recessed shape. A corrugated part, which is folded or unfolded so that the depth of the gas pocket part varies according to the internal pressure of the gas pocket part, can be formed on the circumferential portion of the gas pocket part. The corrugated part can include: a protruding part protruding toward the outside of the gas pocket part; and a recessed part, which is alternately positioned with the protruding part in the depth direction of the gas pocket part. The remaining thickness of the protruding part can be thinner than the remaining thickness of the recessed part.
