Abstract:
A powder coating extruder, comprising an upper cover plate (1), a cooling device (3), a tank body (4), an inspection door (5), a bracket (6), a coating extrusion device (7), a control instrument (8), an exhaust fan (9), an air bag (10), an electromagnetic pulse valve (11) and an injection pipe (12); the tank body (4) is provided with an upper tank body (2), the upper tank body (2) being detachably connected to the upper cover plate (1); the electromagnetic pulse valve (11) is provided on one side of the tank body (4); the exhaust fan (9) is provided on one inner side of the tank body (4); the control instrument (8) is provided on one outer side of the tank body (4); the inspection door (5) is provided on any outer side of the tank body (4), other than the outer side at which the control instrument (8) is placed. Said thermosetting powder coating extruder with a cooling device has a simple structure, can effectively absorb heat produced during operation and effectively remove thermosetting powder adhered to a wall in a feeding section such that the thermosetting powder can be fully mixed, increasing the utilization rate.
