Abstract:
A powdered food additive preparation whose handling is easy. There is provided a powdered food additive preparation characterized in that an aqueous solution containing a powdering subject compound is supported on defatted soybean powder. When the powdering subject compound is at least one member selected from the group consisting of lactic acid, lactic acid salts, gluconic acid, glycolic acid and phytic acid, it can be appropriately powdered. This preparation excels in fluidity and storage stability.
