Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a powdery solid cosmetic preparation which has excellent dispersibility of a powder and high impact resistance, while having usability equivalent to that in the cases where an elastic spherical powder is used. A powdery solid cosmetic preparation according to the present invention is characterized by containing (A) a non-elastic spherical powder that has a crushing strength per one particle of 30 MPa or more, (B) from 1 to 15% by mass of iron oxide, (C) a partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane polymer in the form of a gel, and (D) a non-ionic surfactant that has an HLB of 10 or less; and this powdery solid cosmetic preparation is also characterized in that the non-elastic spherical powder (A) accounts for 90% by mass or more of all spherical powders contained in this cosmetic preparation.
