Abstract:
A power card comprising a high-side switch, a low-side switch, a coating resin (600), and a connection terminal (500). The high-side switch and the low-side switch are arranged in a y-direction. The switches and a part of the connection terminal (500) are coated with the coating resin. The power card is provided on an opposing portion (731) so as to be arranged in a z-direction. The opposing portion (731) has an inner space extending in an x-direction. Refrigerant flows in the inner space in the x-direction.
