Abstract:
This power conversion device comprises: a semiconductor unit (10), terminal unit (30), capacitor unit (20), control board (4), and case (60, 70, 80). The semiconductor unit (10) is disposed at a position opposing the board surface of the control board (4). On the opposite side of the semiconductor unit (10) from the control board (4), the terminal unit (30) and capacitor unit (20) are aligned in an x direction that follows the board surface of the control board (4). At least part of the capacitor unit (20) or terminal unit (30) is positioned further to the outside in the x direction than a first end part (10a) of the semiconductor unit (10). In the portion of the case opposing the first end part (10a), a first recess (62a) having a first electrical wire (110) routed therethrough is formed in a shape that is sunken toward the inside of the case.
