Abstract:
A power conversion device (100) includes a control unit (30) having a first control mode for controlling a circulating current (Icc) that is circulated among leg circuits (25) of respective phases within a power converter (1) such that the circulating current (Icc) includes an alternating current component having a frequency that is an even number multiple, excluding multiples of 3, of the frequency of the fundamental wave of the alternating current. The control unit determines the active or inactive states of the first control mode on the basis of the voltage value of an energy accumulation element (12).
