Abstract:
A power conversion unit (1) comprises a power converter (2) that supplies power to a dynamo-electric machine (4), and a control unit (10). The control unit (10) comprises: a magnetic flux computing unit (15) that computes the magnetic flux phase and the output frequency of a rotor; a phase error estimator (16) that estimates a phase error in the computed magnetic flux phase; and a resistance estimator (17) that computes the estimated resistance value of a stator. The phase error estimator (16) estimates the phase error on the basis of a detected current, a voltage command, and the output frequency. The resistance estimator (17) computes the estimated resistance value of the stator on the basis of the estimated phase error.
