Abstract:
This power converter (100) is provided with a cooler (1), a housing (2), a cooling plate (3), an electrically-insulative heat dissipation member (4), and a circuit substrate (5). The housing (2) comprises a bottom part (21), lateral wall parts (22), and an interior space (23). The bottom part (21) is connected to the cooler (1). The cooling plate (3) is connected to the bottom part (21) in such a manner as to stand up from the bottom part (21). The electrically-insulative heat dissipation member (4) is disposed on the cooling plate (3). The circuit substrate (5) and the cooling plate (3) are connected to each other in such a manner as to have the electrically-insulative heat dissipation member (4) sandwiched therebetween. The cooling plate (3), the electrically-insulative heat dissipation member (4), and the circuit substrate (5) are accommodated in the interior space (23) of the housing (2). The cooling plate (3) is disposed apart from the lateral wall part (22) with a gap (24) therebetween.
