In the present invention, a server 40: receives requests specifying the type of power generation, said requests being from a plurality of consumers corresponding to power receiving facilities that receive the supply of power from a plurality of power generating facilities which include power generating facilities that generate power using renewable energy; determines, for each of the plurality of power generating facilities and in accordance with the requests, the allocation to the plurality of consumers of the power supplied from the power generating facilities; and records such power allocation.
