Abstract:
This power reception device is used in a wireless power transmission system provided with: a power transmission device; one or more power reception devices for wirelessly receiving power from the power transmission device; and a detection device for detecting the number of power reception devices that simultaneously receive the power from the power transmission device. The power reception device is provided with: a power reception antenna for wirelessly receiving power from a power transmission antenna with which the power transmission device is equipped; a power reception circuit that converts the power received by the power reception antenna to another form power to output the other form power and is equipped with an impedance adjustment circuit; and a power reception control circuit for controlling the impedance adjustment circuit in accordance with the number of power reception devices detected by the detection device to adjust the received power of the power reception circuit.
