The present invention comprises: a battery laminate (10) in which a plurality of battery cells (1) are layered; a pair of planar end plates (20), disposed on the end surfaces of the battery laminate (10), each having a main surface and side surfaces that intersect with the main surface, a plate screw hole (28) being formed in a side surface; a plurality of fastening members which extend in the lamination direction of the battery laminate (10), have a fastening screw hole (39d) formed in the end parts thereof, and connect the end plates (20) to one another; and bolts (29) which pass through the fastening screw holes (39d) of the fastening members and the plate screw holes (28) of the end plates (20), fixing the fastening members to the end plates (20). In the power source device (100), the fastening members comprise: a planar fastening main body (39a); intermediate parts (39b) formed by bending the respective ends of the fastening main body (39a); and connection pieces (39c) formed by bending the end parts of the intermediate parts (39b) which are on the side away from the fastening main body (39a), creating a difference in height with the fastening main body (39a), and each having a fastening screw hole (39d) formed therein.
