Abstract:
A preparation method for an amorphous micro-nano structure, and a hot-press forming device. The method comprises: preparing a hot-press mold (20), an upper pressing head (50), a lower pressing head (60) and microstructure templates (40), the hot-press mold (20) comprising an outer mold (22) provided with a mold pressing hole and an inner mold sleeve (21) detachably placed in the mold pressing hole; sequentially arranging the lower pressing head (60), the microstructure templates (40) and an amorphous alloy (30) in the inner mold sleeve (21) from bottom to top; placing the hot-press mold (20) in a vacuum environment, heating the amorphous alloy to a supercooled liquid region, inserting one end of the upper pressing head (50) into the mold pressing hole, tightly pressing the amorphous alloy (30) towards the microstructure templates, and maintaining the pressure for a preset time; and cooling the amorphous alloy (30), and taking out the amorphous alloy copied with the micro-nano structure. According to the preparation method and the hot-press forming device, the demolding difficulty of the amorphous alloy and the outer mold can be reduced.
