Abstract:
A preparation method and a preparation apparatus for in situ synthesized perovskite quantum dot-encoded resin microspheres. The preparation method comprises: different perovskite quantum dot raw materials are introduced into a microfluidic apparatus to form a perovskite quantum dot solution; perovskite quantum dots are precipitated from the perovskite quantum dot solution under the effect of a resin solution and are dispersed in the resin solution; then, the resin solution is sheared with an aqueous solution having a surfactant to form a resin droplet template encapsulating the perovskite quantum dots, and finally the resin droplet template is cured with a ultraviolet light source to produce perovskite quantum dot-encoded resin microspheres. The preparation apparatus comprises a capillary tube array, a mixing tube, a dispersing tube, and a collecting tube. The present method and apparatus allow the preparation of the perovskite quantum dot-encoded microspheres having excellent uniformity, monodispersity, and controllable scale and size. The preparation method can be carried out at room temperature, the internal perovskite quantum dot encoding transmission wavelength is controllable, and the repeatability is excellent.
