Abstract:
Disclosed are a preparation method and an application of a mesoporous FeCu-ZSM-5 molecular sieve, particularly a method for one-pot synthesis of the mesoporous FeCu-ZSM-5 molecular sieve, and an application of the molecular sieve in a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitrification reaction. The preparation method simplifies the two calcinations following demoulding and ion exchange into one calcination, that is, the synthesized raw powder, after being subjected to ion exchange, is subjected to calcination only once so as to directly prepare a FeCu-ZSM-5 molecular sieve having properties such as a wide temperature window, low costs, good hydrothermal stability, high SCR denitrification activity, etc. The invention overcomes the disadvantages of cumbersome steps, high costs, and high pollution emissions associated with conventional impregnation or ion exchange processes. No mesoporous or macroporous template is used in the synthesis process, and the mesopores are not constructed using post-treatments. The preparation method is a simple process, convenient to operate, and provides economic and environmental benefits.
