Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a preparation method for a double-hardness molded foamed sole, comprising the following steps: preparing material grains A; preparing material grains B; pouring the material grains B into a material suction barrel, and ejecting the material grains B by means of a primary ejection machine to obtain a cold blank; putting the cold blank at the edge of a small vacuum foaming mold, pouring the material grains A to the middle part of the small vacuum foaming mold, closing the mold, heating for foaming, and automatically opening the mold after foaming is finished, to obtain a foamed primary blank; putting the foamed primary blank into an oil pressure mold, closing the mold, pushing the mold into a heating station of a secondary foam forming machine, pressurizing and heating; and then transferring the oil pressure mold to a cooling station, pressurizing, spraying water to cool the mold, pulling out the mold, and taking out a finished product, to obtain the double-hardness molded foamed sole. According to the foamed sole of the present invention, the hardness of the surrounding circle is 55C-62C, the hardness of the middle part is 35C-43C, and the hardness of the middle part is low, such that the comfort of the sole can be improved, the resilience rate is high, the shock absorption performance is good, the hardness of the surrounding circle is high, and the defects of easy collapse of soft materials, high compression denaturation rate, and severe wrinkling can be improved.
