Abstract:
A preparation method for a high-flux PP melt blown nanoporous folded liquid filtering material, belonging to the technical field of liquid filtering materials. The preparation method comprises: preparing a mixture, jetting filaments, carrying out hot air blowing, forming a mesh, carrying out surface treatment, and carrying out calendaring. When preparing the mixture, polypropylene resin, high-surface-energy particles and inductive nanoparticles are uniformly mixed to obtain the mixture, the mass ratio of the polypropylene resin to the high-surface-energy particles to the inductive nanoparticles being 100-110:5-8:3-5. The preparation method can improve the fold-forming stability, dirt-holding capacity and service life of the liquid filtering material, and also can increase the filtering efficiency of 1-2 μm particles.
