Abstract:

A preparation method for an SM non-woven fabric for roof slip resistance belongs to the technical field of roof materials, and comprises: preparing a spunbond non-woven fabric raw material, preparing a spunbond non-woven fabric, preparing a melt-blown non-woven fabric raw material, preparing a primary SM non-woven fabric, and carrying out post-treatment. In the preparation of the non-woven fabric raw material, low-melt-index polypropylene, high-melt-index polypropylene, sodium alginate, an antioxidant 1010, zinc stearate, an ultraviolet absorbent UV-531, polyvinyl alcohol, a reinforcing agent, a binder and nano titanium dioxide are uniformly mixed to obtain the spunbond non-woven fabric raw material. The method can avoid the problem of SM non-woven fabrics not being completely bonded together during bonding and being prone to layering, can also solve the problem of fabric breaking during a high-speed production process, and meanwhile, can improve the wear resistance, strength and stiffness of SM non-woven fabrics. Furthermore, the prepared SM non-woven fabrics have low production costs, are easy to recycle and exhibit good environmental protection performance.
