Title:
PREPARATION METHOD FOR HIGH-MOISTURE-PERMEABILITY FLUORINE-CONTAINING SUPER-OLEOPHOBIC MICROPOROUS MEMBRANE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/166430
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a preparation method for a high-moisture-permeability fluorine-containing super-oleophobic microporous membrane, comprising: (1) preparing a fluorine-containing polymer white opaque mixture: adding materials in sequence according to weight ratios of 50-90% of A, 3-25% of B, 0-35% of C, and 0-3% of D, and uniformly stirring and mixing the materials in a non-shearing manner, wherein A is a blend of a high-molecular-weight polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion resin and a fluorine-containing ion exchange resin, B is a fluorine-containing alkyl acrylate monomer or a fluorine-containing alkyl methacrylate monomer or a mixed monomer thereof, C is a polyurethane acrylate prepolymer or a fluorine-free alkyl acrylate monomer or a mixture, and D is a high-temperature free radical initiator; (2) directly pouring the fluorine-containing polymer white opaque mixture into a blank pressing column barrel, exhausting air, and pressing a blank at 20-100°C; (3) calendering a pasty extrudate into strips; and (4) stretching the strips, and then thermally shaping the strips into a film.
