Abstract:
A preparation method for a high-resilience biodegradable polyester foamed special profile, the preparation method comprising the following steps: S1, mixing PBAT resin, a nucleating agent and a chain extender, and then extruding and granulating same to obtain a PBAT modified material, wherein the chain extender is one or more of a trifunctional epoxy compound and a tetrafunctional epoxy compound; S2, preparing a PBAT plate from the PBAT modified material, and then subjecting same to high-pressure fluid saturation and rapid pressure relief foaming to obtain a PBAT foamed plate; and S3, heating the PBAT foamed plate by means of a mold to obtain a PBAT foamed special profile. The preparation method is simple in terms of process, can be used for preparing a complex-shape, biodegradable and high-performance foamed special profile material, and can be applied to fields such as sports protection, foamed shoe materials, buffer packaging.
