Abstract:
The present invention relates to a preparation method for an amorphous form of the compound of formula I. Specifically, the present invention provides a preparation method for an amorphous form of letermovir, the compound of formula I. The method of the present invention reduces the potential risk of increased impurities and has high production efficiency. The prepared amorphous form has high purity, low solution residue and good powder properties, and no oil is generated during the preparation process.
