Abstract:
A preparation method for a TPU/PLA melt-blown composite non-woven fabric. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing 80-90 parts by weight of polylactic acid, 10-20 parts by weight of a polyurethane elastomer, 5-10 parts by weight of a compatibilizer, 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of an antioxidant, 0.5-1 part by weight of a stabilizer and 1-3 parts by weight of a plasticizer, and transferring the mixture into a twin-screw extruder, melting same, subjecting same to stretching solidification molding, and pelletizing and drying same to obtain TPU/PLA plastic particles; and slicing the obtained TPU/PLA plastic particles, and transferring same into the double-screw extruder, heating the same for melting and homogenization, stretching a TPU/PLA melt by a high-speed hot air flow to form superfine fibers, condensing the fibers on a roller, forming a non-woven fabric by means of self-bonding, so as to prepare the TPU/PLA melt-blown composite non-woven fabric. The prepared TPU/PLA melt-blown composite non-woven fabric has good hydrolysis resistance, good stability and a high mechanical property strength.
